Both coins are brilliant white on both obverse and reverse, but the coin graded OBV CLEANED (Certification #4691294-013) actually has more brilliance. Both 90% silver dollars are beautiful, in uncirculated, shiny condition, with few bag marks and abrasions. Both reverses have fewer abrasion marks than are on both obverses, both have shiny hints of proof like planchets, and the one graded OBV CLEANED actually appears more proof like than the one graded MS63 (Certification #4691294-011). They are both beautiful 90% silver dollars.
