This coin series features Benjamin Franklin on the obverse and the Liberty Bell with a small Eagle on the reverse. This coin was minted in Philadelphia and is considered proof uncirculated with a superior near perfect grade assigned by NGC. Encapsulated in an NGC holder, this specimen carries the CAMEO designation due to the frosty devices contrasted sharply against the pristine mirrored fields. This specimen is almost perfect and has no haze, spots, milky zones, fog, or any other distracting aspect.
For those collectors that desire top-tier coins, look no further than this offering! This Franklin half dollar is an excellent addition to any collection due to its superior grade and PQ characteristics. What's great about a coin like this is you can get all the qualities of a coin that, in an earlier year in the series, would fetch well into five figures. These mid-century moderns are very nice and extremely collectible for the long haul.
