1976-fm (u) Toned Belize Copper-nickle $10 Ngc Ms68 Dpl, Mint 759
This coin is a 1976-FM (U, known for being Special uncirculated with DPL) version. Franklin mint in the past made all kinds of coins for smaller nations that didn't have the resources to have their own mints. You read that right, there were only 759 made of this version. Over 46 years this number of these coins still around is far less. Assuming a conservative estimate of 10% attrition (put into circulation, lost, mistaken as proofs) you're left with 500 left probably. The real number has to be far lower. This coin was already rare the day it was minted, time has. Down this already endangered coin population.
If you can find this coin cheaper: GET IT. The value placed on this coin reflects it's rarity and quality which is close to perfection.
This version of the coin is one of the rarest in the world. And the extra bit of serendipity?
