Franklin mint in the past made all kinds of coins for smaller nations that didn't have the resources to have their own mints. The regular 1977-FMs for regular circulation number 17 million, the proofs 15,000, and the 1977 Matte (M) number 15,000. The 1977-FM (U) 10 Cents number only 633 in the world.

With time as a factor this number is probably far less. Maybe as few as 300 still around would be my estimate. 45 years is a long time, a lot of things can happen to the remaining 633.
