Limited edition of 9850 worldwide. It shows a'cross crosslet' mint mark, on the reverse of the coin. The coins come presented together. The obverse of the coin shows the Jody Clark fifth coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

The reverse of the 12-sided coin was designed by David Pearce. It shows the floral symbols from the four nations of the United Kingdom; the rose for England, the leek for Wales, the thistle for Scotland and a shamrock for Northern Ireland.
